Welcome to Waupaca Smore Fun Campground! We will do everything we can to make sure your stay here is enjoyable. We have a few rules so that everyone’s stay here is safe and happy. Keeping our campers safe is our top priority and if we all work together with safety everyone can have a great time.

Includes 2 Adults and up to 4 children 18 and under. Anyone 19 or older registers as an adult.

Please register before going to any campsite. This will help keep everything on schedule and organized.
Reservation Policies
- Reservation Deposit: At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- If available upon request, Early check-in/Late check-out: Cabin/Yurt $15 per hour; Campsite $3 per hour.
- Quiet Hours-11 PM to 7AM.
- Rates include: one camping unit RV/Tent/Pop-Up, one family (2 adults and up to 4 children 18 and under), and two vehicles. Anyone 19 or older registers as an adult.
- Additional tent (if available) is $15 per night plus additional overnight guest charges (not available on all sites, call to check).
- Additional overnight guest charges: $10.00 Adult, $3.00 Child.
- Additional vehicle/boat/trailer: $5.00 (duration of reservation).
- Maximum 4 adults per campsite.
- Three night minimum stay for all holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day and Iola car show). Two night minimum on all other weekends and rentals.
- Visitor passes are required. Visitors must purchase a visitor pass for $3 per person at office to get pass prior to going to site.
- Tents not permitted as primary camping unit on concrete pad sites.
- Must be 21 years of age to make reservation and be onsite for duration of the reservation.
- All pets are to be kept under control and leashed at all times. Barking dogs will be required to leave. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Never leave pets unattended. No pets allowed in main building, restrooms, gameroom, Yurt, cabin #5, cabin #106 (other cabins $5 per night per pet) or inside pool gate. Two dog parks nearby if needed.
- NO CARRY-IN FIREWOOD ALLOWED. Anyone who brings in firewood will be asked to leave with it. This is to help stop the spread of tree diseases such as Oak wilt, Emerald Ash Boring Beetle and other diseases. Kiln dried firewood bundles are available for sale in the store and/or when available seasoned wood cut from our trees.
- No golf carts/UTV’s or any other hobby/sports motorized vehicles to be operated within the campground.
- No political propaganda of any kind (i.e. flags, banners, etc).
- Use of drones within the campground is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
- Campsites – Cancellations must be received more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund (minus a $15 service fee per site). No refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Cabins – Cancellations must be received more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund (minus a $15 service fee per cabin). No refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
